NodeBox crash with GowlCamino 0.98

NodeBox will crash if a user has GrowlCamino 0.98 (http://willmore.eu/plugins/growlcamino.html) installed.

Upgrading to version 1.0 will fix this crash.

This is, again, a conflict with an InputManager. GrowlCamino has fixed their compiler flags in version 1.0, removing the crash.
