The latest release of the Graph library (1.9.5.1) uploaded a few days ago had a small bug in it. Those of you who downloaded it between May 12-15 2008 should download it again.
This release has many fixes and improvements. Main features are the inclusion of a node.can_reach() method for searching the graph, a graph.fringe() method for finding nodes on the boundaries of the graph, and support outside of NodeBox (useful for running doing background analysis from the command line).
